Parking

The firm fronts on Main Street, near the corner of Longwell Avenue and East Main Street (on the side of Main Street opposite the Library). The firm has both front and rear access.

The front access is served by parallel parking on Main Street (metered parking).

The rear access is located on Winters Street (an alley that runs parallel to Main).

The firm has 3 designated client parking spots in our rear parking lot, which are marked with “Shaffer, Miller, and Hurff, LLP” signage. In the event spots in the rear lot are not available, the Longwell Parking Garage is directly adjacent to our rear parking lot (metered).

To utilize the rear parking lot, please use the following directions:

South/West on MD Rt 27 (aka Railroad Avenue):

Turn left onto Main Street. Turn left at next traffic light (Longwell Avenue). Turn left into first alley (Winters Street). Turn left at first opportunity into our parking lot.

North/East on MD Rt 27 (aka Railroad Avenue)

Turn right onto Main Street. left at next traffic light (Longwell Avenue). Turn left into first alley (Winters Street). Turn left at first opportunity into our parking lot.

North on MD Rt 140

Turn Left at Center Street. Turn Right at next stop sign (Willis Street). Turn Left at next stop sign (Longwell Avenue). Turn right onto Winter Street (alley). Turn Left into the first parking lot.

South on MD Rt 140

Turn Right at Center Street. Turn Right at next stop sign (Willis Street). Turn Left at next stop sign (Longwell Avenue). Turn right onto Winter Street (alley). Turn Left into the first parking lot.

Inclement Weather Policy: The firm follows the Carroll County Government. In the event you have an appointment scheduled during any such delayed opening, or closure, alternate arrangements will be made. In the event you need to hand deliver any item during any inclement weather, please call to confirm the status of our office.
